We will send you a proof either digitally via email, the website, or physically to your address depending on which option is selected.
Until a proof is approved, we cannot go to print, and therefore our production timeline will be delayed accordingly.
Once a proof is approved, we are unable to accept changes or cancel the order.

We may be unable to print the design you provided if it falls into any of the categories below. We additionally reserve the right to refuse to print your item for any other reason that we deem inappropriate.
Offensive Language and Images
- No slurs or derogatory terms, including racial, ethnic, religious, or gender-based language.
- No words or images that depict the exploitation of a group.
- No words or images that extoll hate or extremist groups.
- No photorealistic pornographic action images.
- No harassing, bullying, or defamatory messages or images.
- No competing products or hostile comparisons of competitors.
- No profanity, vulgarity, or any other sexual content.
- No scams or misleading information, including anti-vax or similar harmful misinformation.
Violence, Drugs, and Crime
- No words, abbreviations, or images that call for or celebrate overt criminal activity.
- No wording or imagery that suggests or encourages violence or weapons abuse.
- No words or images that glorify acts of terror.
- No words or images that urge unsafe behavior, including drunk driving or drug abuse.
Copyright Materials
You must own the trademark, copyright, or any other intellectual property contained in the graphic you are printing.
We will not be held liable for printing something that contains a trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property not owned by you.
